RE: Doyle v. Dyer; #02-20-G

Dear Ms. Gaythwaite:

During the June 18th hearing you stated that a letter was sent to me just before that date addressing my concerns about my safety at the hearing. Also at the hearing you stated that a preliminary report letter covering the findings of the panel would be sent to me in about ten days. You also said that a more detailed letter would follow at a later date that I believed would be some twenty days after the hearing.

I have not received any letters and I am concerned that they may have been sent but addressed incorrectly. Would you please have the proper personnel either supply me copies of what was previously sent or advise me that no letters have been sent as yet.

Thank you for your cooperation.

Sincerely,

Michael A. Doyle
