September 2006: Jeffrey Derderian was sentenced to 10 years all suspended, three years probation, and 500 hours of community service for 100 counts of MANSLAUGHTER in the RI nightclub fire. (Apparently clients losing money is a greater crime then killing 100 people.)

Michael Doyle sold an unregistered security. He was sentenced to 2 years and 6 months with all but 14 months suspended. He was ordered to pay $16,000 restitution and serve 4 years probation.
           Judge Fritzsche

If Doyle had been drunk and killed his clients in an overheated car he may not have had to go to prison at all.
