State of Maine v. Michael A. Doyle
Lawyers: Diamond Phone Call June 14, 2000 David Van Dyke I have gone from being scared for three years, to angry, to totally furious over this. I read Dyer's memo for the first time that I know of Sat. If you think I would put a penny of my client's money, or my money into a deal after receiving that memo or a call from Dyer reading that memo, or that I would pay thousands of dollars for a FOI suit after that memo then I need a new lawyer. That memo was cooked up after the fact or at best altered from some memo that was totally different. Next, when we first met I repeatedly said that after I sent the Dirigo letter to Diamond I never got a call or a letter saying my letter was not sufficient. This Sat. I read for the first time that I know of that Diamond sent a letter to me dated Oct. 7. 96. Please send me a copy of that letter. It was either never sent, sent to the wrong address, and never received by me. Lastly, enclosed are the copies of my two and only calls with/and to Diamond. At no time did he warn me of a possible criminal act if I continued. Michael Doyle
